This was a very inspiring interview.  Special guest and business owner Lemoriell Williams definitely dropped some knowledge.  He is a personal trainer with his own business entitled Body Is Life.  I love what his business stands for and the service that he provides.  With his personal training business he continues to uplift his clients and push them to new heights.  He is the REAL DEAL.  I have attended a handful of his bootcamps and you better be ready to work on another level when you go to him.  Results is something he specializes in on another level.
