In this episode, I am discussing the toxic things and people we have to remove from our lives. Many times we get caught up in people because they are family, or a childhood friend, or a partner. We put blinders on and make excuses for their toxic behavior. It is your right to remove all things and people who no longer mean you any good or who does not have your best interest. Sit back and listen to me discuss making those tough decisions in life.

This was a very inspiring interview. Special guest and business owner Lemoriell Williams definitely dropped some knowledge. He is a personal trainer with his own business entitled Body Is Life. I love what his business stands for and the service that he provides. With his personal training business he continues to uplift his clients and push them to new heights. He is the REAL DEAL. I have attended a handful of his bootcamps and you better be ready to work on another level when you go to him. Results is something he specializes in on another level.

This is an interesting turn of events. Instead of me giving the interview, I decided to let my good friend Pete interview me so that you all can get to know me even better. Why did I choose Pete? Not only is he a good friend, unwavering supporter, and mentor but he has a tendency to ask they right questions. He has a gift to help me dig deeper within myself. Here I share it with the world. Sit back and relax because this is one episode you DO NOT want to miss. I am telling you that he allows me to go deep and he opens up to me as well. Thank you for your continued support!
The moment we are born we are influenced by our environment and family. As we grow older we then become influenced by friends, business associates, co-workers, relationships, and experiences. In this episode, I go into depth about how I have learned to deal with the hardships of life. These things did not happen over night and I have honed my skills over time. You just have to figure out the things that are going to work for you. I chose to deal with things by writing, excercising, dancing, meditating, praying, and going to therapy. As I open up to you about the way these methods have saved my life; I hope that you find solace in this as well. Remember that you are not alone and I am here as your support system.
