Final thoughts (Eric's) - picking an attorney shouldn't be solely based on cost. Make sure you are working with someone you trust, and who you feel is listening to you. In my opinion, it's their job to challenge you, ask you questions you haven't considered. But they should do so respectively. When looking for an attorney I (Eric) suggest looking for someone who has a LOT of experience with Special Needs and/or Elder Law.
