Today is September 27, 2025 and things have significantly changed since use of Grok providing detailed analysis of a tweet.&nbsp; The methodology will be presented in short videos. This videos validate prolonged exposure therapy through video editing. The objective is to end the darkness of SI (&amp; HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable &amp; thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd &amp; better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) &amp; increase getting IT done. Questions welcomed &amp; help tbi to be frank by forcing me to organize language. Sexualization, bullying &amp; censorship is not &amp; everyone is creating this curriculum.
