Fox Sports NHRA Drag Racing Analyst Tony Pedregon was driving back to Indianapolis Sunday night when he talked with The Freaks. He was in Pittsburgh Sunday for the Steelers New England Patriots nail-biter in the NFL. Pedregon is a two-time NHRA Funny Car champion but his full-time duties now are with Fox Sports. He'll be in his third season as a broadcaster starting in February when the NHRA season opens at Pomona. He tells us what's ahead in drag racing. Listen...

IndyCar Driver Conor Daly was in The Freak Nation Sunday night talking as much as he could about the 30th CBS-TV series The Amazing Race. Daly, couldn't talk winners, though, because the show doesn't air until next month. Daly did, however, talk about his upcoming 2018 season plans in IndyCar. He doesn't have a ride firmed up yet after a season with Foyt Racing in 2017. Daly ended the year with two top-10 finishes but network TV and strong finishes aren't enough anymore apparently.
