Spices For The Brain And Your Love Life

Let's "SPICE UP" our brain and our love life.  I recommend "Golden Milk" as part of your day.  I put it in my coffee.  

Here is the recipe -  

1 cup plant-based milk (I use 1 1/2 cups) 

1/2 t turmeric 

1/2 t cinnamon 

1/4 t ginger 

1/4 t monk fruit sweetener (don't use sugar or artificial sweeteners, and adjust to taste) 

1 T almond butter  

Heat milk and add almond butter.  Whisk well.  Add spices that you previously mixed together.  Stir well, and enjoy.  I love adding the spices to my coffee!
