Episode 8 will go over a brief introduction to trauma, different types of trauma, emotional, psychological and physical symptoms of trauma. The episode does also touch on PTSD, and I end the episode by going over some of the ways that I have coped with my own trauma. Life is too short, and you are the most important person on this planet. Please do not let your trauma stop you from living your best life.
