Spicy & Peach: Supershow Saga

Find Mettadox's streams at https://www.twitch.tv/mettadox, on Twitter at https://twitter.com/Mettadox, and The House of Mario at https://www.thehouseofmario.com/.

We have a very special episode of the Supershow Saga today, because we're tacking a serious social issue in an old cartoon with koopas and mushrooms, I'm sure they will paint an accurate picture! To help spread the word, Delfino brought in her friend Mettadox to watch along, where he was deeply disturbed by all the noises from the game, and the air raid method used to color the town. I suppose Peach and I have been de-sensitized to how wacky the show can be... hooray?

I'd love guests on the podcast! If we are good buddies then you are most certainly welcome. You don't need any previous podcast experience either; it'll be fun to talk with you, professional podcaster or not!

And I hear you already; why aren't you watching the Super Mario Bros Super Show? Because the Hard Drive guys already watched it all! Go find them over here: https://linktr.ee/theharddrivepodcast

Find Drew Agnew on Twitter at https://twitter.com/iDrewby, and The House of Mario at https://www.thehouseofmario.com/.

Today on the Supershow Saga, we have invited Drew Agnew (and by proxy a goose) over from the House of Mario to watch another standout episode of Mario 3, 7 Continents for 7 Koopas, cause one child can easily overtake an entire continent. We comment on Princess Toadstool being an absolute boss, and personally insulting Drew by saying he and all other Australians put a shrimp on the barbie. Yeah this episode is good, but it's not very cultural.

On the 15th of the spooky month October, we watch a show that's very spooky for some people in their past... the Sonic X Reanimate, but we're not afraid of ghosts! This episode is best watched with the Reanimated video, which you can find here: https://youtu.be/RFvDJojoIWE

This week for the Supershow Saga, we've set our sights high by watching Up, Up, And A Koopa, which is an episode powered by sky puns that I can't come up with right now. What I can tell you is that Luigi is so overcome with joy when eating the molasses-covered sandcakes that he ascends into heaven, Luigi is an angel worth singing for.

- - - Delfino & Peach: Supershow Saga (aka The Supershow Saga) is a podcast picking up where the Hard Drive Podcast stopped to watch the Super Mario Bros. 3 cartoon, the Super Mario World cartoon, and possibly other video game shows. Be sure to subscribe for new episodes every Monday on YouTube, every Wednesday on podcast services, and a bonus episode on the 15th of every month no matter where you listen!

The outro was composed by Taylor Laire, listen to more of her music at https://tlaire.bandcamp.com/. I'd love guests on the podcast! If we are good buddies then you are most certainly welcome. You don't need any previous podcast experience either; it'll be fun to talk with you, professional podcaster or not!

It's a Dog's Life on the Supershow Saga today, where Delfino and Peach look at the very strange episode, almost like a .5 chapter in a manga, Life's Ruff. Where Burgermeister Meisterburger learns the true meaning of companions as a dog, thaws his frozen heart, and wait... where did this video of Santa Claus is Coming to Town come from??

This week on the Supershow Saga, we watch true crime in animated form with Crimes R Us. Because We R Crimes in this house. And we witness the truest crime of all in this episode; the crime of criminally underpaying teachers, care takers, and other professionals that oversee kids. They all turn into Crime Wave Clyde at some point.

Watch Vaz's buddy Hans Gonk stream at: https://www.twitch.tv/hansgonk

We have our lovely friend Vazpayd over on the Supershow Saga to talk about The Ugly Mermaid, which is quite rude, but Beauty and the Beast hadn't been made yet so we weren't creature curious. Anywho! Mario and Luigi switch personalities, Delfino trades hers for a haiku master, and Peach completely loses hers when she gets to the end of the episode. Buckle in folks, it's a wild ride.
