My name is Tonya and I am a busy mom of an amazing little boy who was born prematurely at 27 weeks due to preeclampsia. I became a fitness coach 5 months postpartum looking to help others live a healthier lifestyle while I was doing the same. I set out to influence and spread awareness that even though you’re a mom, you can still make yourself and your health a priority.
