Aren’t we always running away from our problems when we get the chance to? What if we stopped running for once and started to heal and face what we were going through. Today I open up to you guys about what I’ve been going through lately and the unhealthy and healthy ways I’ve been dealing with it. I tried to heal in three different steps, yours may be different but here are some ideas that worked for me. In conclusion, it’s okay to be vulnerable and it’s okay to ask for help, we all need a reminder once in a while that everything will be okay🙏🏽 enjoy!!
