November 6, 2024 ~ Philadelphia 76ers Star Joel Embiid was suspended three games by the NBA for shoving a media member that mentioned his son and dead brother in an article that criticized Embiids availability. Anthony breaks down what happened and why now media members need to remember the mutual respect that is needed when covering athletes. Then Baltimore Raven defensive lineman and former Michigan Wolverine Chris Wormley joins the show to talk about the Michigan Wolverines and the new college football playoff rankings.

November 6, 2024 ~ MACtion is BACK! The return of mid-week football games in the Mid-American Conference started back up yesterday with two games being played last night (Bowling Green versus Central Michigan and Miami versus Ball State). Anthony asks the question “Is it worth it?” when it comes to the games after seeing barely any fans in the stands during the games last night. Then Anthony and Ryan dive into the first college football playoff rankings with the new 12 team playoff format. While Anthony and Ryan love the bigger playoff pool, the problems remain the same when it comes to ranking the teams.

November 5, 2024 ~ The Lions make a move to acquire Defensive End Za’Darius Smith from the Cleveland Browns. Anthony and Ryan break down the cost of the trade, what it means for Detroit and what to expect from the Lions new edge rusher. Then the Coach Kyle Barlow (Ohio Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach) joins the show to talk about the start of the college basketball season and the Detroit Pistons beating the Los Angeles Lakers.

November 5, 2024 ~ IT’S SUPER TUESDAY…as in the NFL Trade Deadline, the first release of the college football playoff rankings and the return of MACtion. Ryan starts off by recapping Michigan States 81-57 win over Monmouth where Jaden Akins struggled from the 3-point line but was able to tie a career high in points with 23. Then Anthony dives into the Pistons big victory over the Los Angeles Lakers.

November 4, 2024 ~ It must be college basketball season because Doug from Toledo calls in for a little college basketball preview. Then Anthony gives his thoughts on the Brian Branch ejection and how the NFL completely got the call wrong, then dives more into the Lions big victory over the Packers in Green Bay.

November 4, 2024 ~ Anthony and Ryan go through the College Football scoreboard from the weekend and have a little fun at Penn State’s expense, then John Wagner joins the show to give us his latest rankings in the “Super 16” poll.

November 4, 2024 ~ VICTORY MONDAY! The Lions went into Lambeau Field and defeated the Green Bay Packers 24-14 in a rainstorm, before Anthony and Ryan dive into the drive chart for the game they first bring themselves down by talking about the losses from Michigan and Michigan State on Saturday. Michigan fell to #1 Oregon 38-17 and showed nothing new from what they have been all season while MSU falls to #13 Indiana 47-10 after leading the game 10-0 after the first quarter.
