Joining hosts Kristin Ritter and Lauren Verbilla are John and Melissa Twersky, founders of Quieting Mind, John teaches meditation at the Storm and also is a ceramics and art instructor. Melissa is a clinical social worker and teaches yoga and Reiki. Together they provide some thoughts about healing and staying in the moment.
