Luke 3:16-18 16 John answered, saying to all, (I, like John say to all also) "I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.  17 "His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather the wheat into His barn; but the chaff He will burn with unquenchable fire." 18 And with many other exhortations he preached to the people. I’m here to exhort you!

The Lord is looking for laborers who are willing to enter into the world wide harvest fields of souls! Are you one of these? In this messagee learn of what spirit you are in order to be chosen for this task. Notice in this passage the Lord will send willing laborers into HIS harvest in Mathew 9:37- 38 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. Make personal and the Lord of the harvest will be sure to work with you!  And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. Mark 16:20
