1) When you’re teaching from an authentic place, it’s not about pulling something together. It’s about pulling something out of your heart and delivering it to people.

2) Even within believing people there’s a deep hurt that they can’t hear from God. It’s critical to understand how God speaks to us today to move past this hurt into what he truly says about you and has for you.

3) When Adam and Eve believed the 1st lie, it separated them from God in terms of their identity and purpose. They were no longer able to experience the value of their God-given purpose, nor give value from their purpose. So breaking agreement with the lie, breaking the power of it, and allowing Jesus to set you free resets your DNA and realignment with God. We can then reestablish our identity in him, which then allows us to get in touch with our true God-given purpose, which allows us to feel valued and give value.

4) Jesus said, “Go out into the world. Just carry my light, carry my love, carry my healing anointing, and let the hurting and hungry find you. Then release the healing touch of love, compassion & power to bring them to healing and wholeness.” Then they’ve met God!

5) If you’ve messed up, or been distracted, or you’ve been on hold, it’s never too late. Because if you have a Spirit-Centered Business, God is always there. And when you show up, he will fan the flames. SO if you have a Spirit-Centered business, and God is in it, there’s so much grace. If he has made it, it will never die. And as you come into alignment with him, it will begin to blossom.

3) We fault God when we ask why this isn’t happening, or question where he is in a situation. Thoughts & words like this say God has abandoned you...that you don’t have what it takes, and God isn’t there for you.

4) If we’re not standing on the truth, if we’re not seeing the manifestations of God, if we’re not seeing miracles, chances are we have a love problem. Something within us is saying we’re not loved enough.

5) If this resonates with your heart at all, then you’re on the path to prosperity. That means that God is already stirring your heart. He’s working in you. You may just need to make the decision that it is finished.

1) Maryann doesn’t have a special star over her head. Anything that anyone else believes for and receives can be true for you as well. Once we set an intention, we need to stay in the energy of “it just is”, rather than diminishing the effect of that intention by fretting, strategizing, and trying to figure out how it’s going to happen.
2) You can have those doubtful moments and thoughts for a beat or two, but you have to swim back to the surface and crawl back up on the rock of success.
3) The energy of joy is contagious and connects people to you, and resting is the key to receiving.
4) Where is the disconnect between you and every provision? It can only be in our stories of not believing that get in our way.

2. The majority of Christians want to do something, but they don’t know what to do. There’s a lot that can be done, the strategy plan just needs to be put in place and communicated to the troops who can do the work.
3. We do need to win souls, but we also have a responsibility to impact culture because culture is ripping people away from church - away from God.

Tonight on Spirit-Centered Business, Scott and I discuss the state of the church, and its impact on culture...and what to do about it.

Scott Bryditzki is a business leader, speaker, and pastor in the Sacramento, CA area. He began his career in the food brokerage business in the 1980's and after 18 years he left his management position with the company and purchased a small food brokerage. Over the next decade the company grew to become one of the leading specialty brokerages in the western United States. In 2013 Scott sold his shares to the minority shareholders.

During the next 2 1/2 years, Scott volunteered part time at Destiny Christian Church while doing his ministry schooling. He obtained his pastoral license and was brought on staff at Destiny Christian Church in Rocklin California as the Pastor of Community Development. He and his wonderful wife Debbie of 38 years also pastor the couples in their Marriage Enrichment Class and do marriage and individual counseling.

Scott also leads a group of Christian business owners called Kingdom Builders, and speaks at various marketplace ministries around the area. Scott and Debbie have 4 children including an adopted daughter from Haiti and currently have 4 grandchildren but are expecting their kids to at least double that number!

1. In business you’re required to make a return on your investment - otherwise you’ll go out of business - you’re forced to make it work. But there’s no requirement for ROI - no pressure to make it work, in the church. History shows that the culture took a nosedive after the revival of the 70’s because of lack of follow through. Let’s not let that happen again.

2. What precedes a revival is an awakening, but then you have to have a transformation of the church as it goes into the culture. Then those lives have to be transformed, not just for salvation but for lordship to step into culture. The final piece is the reformation of culture. Restructuring what culture looks like and how it functions from a Kingdom model.

3. We need to charge the gates of hell to rip people out, rather than taking a backseat approach. It’s a winnowing time to separate the sheep from the goats. It’s time for pastors to become new wineskins and stop doing the same old thing that makes no difference in culture.

4. Business people have been given giftings not to give money to the pastors to do ministry, but God has called every one of us to do ministry...through our business.

- If you just want another Christian business networking group, I’m not your guy. But if you want to actually DO something that impacts the Kingdom, I’m your guy.
- The church, for the most part, has walked away from the cultural mandate Jesus gave us.
- He’s given us armor to go out into battle, not to sit in the church.

2. God needs your body to be here on earth. We have to take care of it, and eat healthy in order to fulfill our destiny. When we feel better we can connect with God better.
