Spirit Crumbs

For 2024, Emily and I decided to break the year into two halves for our annual forecast. There is a lot of intense energy including the first eclipse season in the first 6 months of the year as we move from solstice to solstice and the days get longer. As a gift to you, we are saving the second half for later so this episode wouldn’t be any longer!

In this episode, Emily and I recap the latter part of 2023 and provide our forecast for the first half of 2024 using astrology, tarot, numerology, and the Chinese Zodiac. In numerology, 2023 was an introspective 7 year of recalibration and spiritual exploration. 2024 is an 8 year, which offers karmic transformation, wisdom and growth as we harness our strength and independence to impact the collective.

2+0+2+4=8

To find your personal year number, add your birthday + the current year (not your birth year). Reduce the sum to a single digit if it isn’t already. For example, my birthday is January 4, so it would be:

1+4+2+0+2+4=

13 = 1+3=4

Another example - September 23:

9+2+3+2+0+2+4= 22

2+2=4

Check out my post on my @concreteandcrystals Instagram to see the themes for your Personal Year Number.

One of the general themes for 2024 that we talked about was how art and technology serve as catalysts for change as we move into the Age of Aquarius. The power of humanity and uniting for a purpose will be impactful this year. We may experience a collective shift beginning with a sense of renewal in January, an important transition phase in February, personal power confrontations in March, a chaotic but introspective April, practical idea manifestation in May, and the need to maintain grounding amidst rapid thoughts and actions in June. It's a journey towards resolving long-standing issues and standing firm in the face of chaos.

In in true fire sign fashion, Sagittarius season has passed in the blink of an eye! Emily provided a description of how to embrace Capricorn energy, discussing themes of planning, efficiency, and goal-setting. We talked about boundaries and my "party pooper adjacent" personality that ties into traits typically associated with Capricorn's serious and ambitious nature. Even though Mercury will be retrograde and the holidays may not go as planned, we encourage you to remain open to fun and spontaneity during this season.

Emily shared that warm fuzzy energies may be highlighted with the Cancer full moon, especially if we are cozy at home. This energy of Cancer and Capricorn makes me think of the intimacy and humour of an inside joke! Something shared as a tradition can bring together quick wit and fond memories.

Emily and I both have some exciting offerings for 2024, and would love to hear from you! Our forecast for the first 6 months of next year, Gaining Light, will be out next week. We can't wait for you to hear our combination of numerology, Chinese astrology, tarot and astrological insights into what may be in store for the first half of 2024! With the first eclipse season and other major shifts, it's going to be an intense period, but there is a lot of hope in the energy.

The word and topic of miracles has been coming into my attention for awhile now, and it feels like a continuation from our themes of "hope" and manifesting our dream lives. I asked Spirit for inspiration for a new episode about a month ago, and my attention kept going to my bookshelf. I felt guided to "A Course in Miracles" and grabbed a couple other books off the shelf.

In this episode, I delve into the concept of miracles, exploring its various definitions and a few personal examples of how this has been showing up. I highlighted the idea that miracles involve a shift in perception and that they offer moments of rebirth. The discussion also touches on the practical application of love in our lives and the interconnected nature of miracles with the broader concept of synchronicity.

In this episode:

• I felt drawn to explore the topic of miracles through a spiritual process.

In this Cosmic Energy Report, Emily and Andrea discuss the transition from Scorpio to Sagittarius season and share personal reflections on Scorpio season. The intensity hit them particularly around the Scorpio new moon, bringing a sense of change and discomfort. Emily highlights Scorpio as a time to shine light on dark places and describes it as a medicine.

They discuss upcoming offerings, including newsletters, events, and tarot readings for Sagittarius season. Emily mentions her 2024 illuminated forecast, while Andrea introduces a unique offering of three 20-minute audio readings at random times throughout the year.

Moving into the astrological insights for Sagittarius season, Emily describes Sagittarius as a mutable sign, embodying the end of a season and a willingness to change. She emphasizes Sagittarius' desire for experiences, cultural exploration, and the search for a new moral framework. They both share their perspectives on Sagittarius season, with Andrea feeling comfortable in its fiery energy, and Emily cautioning against overcommitment.

Overall, the tarot and astrology are forecasting a positive energy but sensing a shift in mid-December, resembling a slowing down before Capricorn season. Emily likens it to hitting the brakes a bit earlier than usual. Andrea pulled Major Arcana and Wands (fire energy) so there is a lot of potential for manifesting and aligning with what is meant for you if you're willing to create a foundation for it. Take advantage of opportunities that come up in the first couple weeks of Sagittarius season before Mercury retrograde starts!

In this Halloween episode, I talked about how I'm not actually a fan of dressing up in costumes, but I love the feeling of spooky season and the idea of being more like the people who inspire us. I delved into the duality of masks, the reasons behind hiding one's true self, and the potential for masks to be empowering or constraining. Drawing inspiration from celebrities, I explored the power of embodying qualities that resonate with our desires and aspirations, emphasizing the importance of understanding what one truly wants in life and relationships.

I also introduced a new offering inspired by the mystery of the season, 2024 Surprise Readings! There are a few spots available for this opportunity to receive 3 audio readings at intuitively inspired times throughout the year. Sometimes we don't think to seek out readings or guidance when we need them the most, so my intention is that I'll be inspired to provide these readings when it's aligned!

I would love to know who your expanders and inspirers on, and what masks you might try on next!

Episode Summary:

• I'm reflecting on my personal feelings about Halloween, highlighting my preference for the holiday's energy and my enjoyment of spooky themes, rather than participating in costumes.

As we transition into Scorpio, there is a lot happening in the cosmos! The energy of the full moon lunar eclipse on Saturday, October 28 is building, and the intensity will be increased with other transits. This is the end of a cycle, and the cards for Scorpio season are reminding us not to give up because the rewards are so close! It's time to trust that you deserve good things, and that they will happen.

At the end of the month, we will be planning for the future. Every action you take at this time is amplified and multiplied. The impact of our decisions and the emotions we are processing during Scorpio season as the eclipse energy lingers will be far reaching. It feels as if our journey with hope over the past few months is finally starting to manifest in small ways. Our connection with spirit will be strong over the next few weeks, and we may receive answers and signs much faster than we're used to!

As Emily said in the episode, this is the most Sagittarius Scorpio season! I felt it to, and made note of it as I sat with the energy of the cards. I could also feel that we are moving forward on some goals and manifestation cycles we started in June and July. I'm really looking forward to seeing where this eclipse will catapult us when this all shakes out!

To support you during this intense month, I am offering the Scorpio Season Remote Recharge distance healing session for FREE with the code SCORPIOFREE! If you haven't tried a session before, or you're considering the 2024 Annual Recharge Bundle (all 12 monthly sessions next year!), now is the time! I will also be offering Sagittarius and Capricorn free with the bundle. The 2024 Tarot Forecasts are also available to purchase and will be received before December 23!

In this week's episode of Spirit Crumbs, I am having a conversation with clinical psychologist and oracle Dr. Jennie Ward! We talked about her business transition from a traditional clinical practice to a model that expands to include her intuitive insights as a high level guide. I met Jennie through the Spirit School Collective and have had two incredibly insightful readings with her! We have a lot in common, including our shared love of being "spiritual matchmakers" and connecting others with similar energy. If you love this episode, check out the episode of Jennie's podcast, Therapy Wise, where she interviewed me about Spirituality, Creativity and ADHD! You can find out more about Jennie and how to work with her at wisdomportal.ca and with the links below.

Emily and I have been gradually leaning more into hope and trust, and Libra season is really anchoring it into our reality. This season has a feeling of heart expansion and dreams coming true! I pulled powerful and positive cards for this month, most of which are from the Major Arcana. Eclipse season is on the horizon, and we are about to be pushed into a new version of ourselves who is bold enough to claim what we desire!

The past couple months of retrogrades and intense transits has brought to our attention what needs to change in order to have what we want. Whether you're looking for more excitement or a softer life, it will take some action on your part. The universe is ready to catapult us into a new reality if we're willing to go there! It's time to clear out old stories and beliefs that don't align. If you're not sure what needs to shift, the eclipse may show you, or you can ask spirit! Signs, synchronicities and downloads will come in if you take some time to listen and receive this month.

The axis of Aries and Libra being in focus with the nodes during eclipse season is truly a gift for anyone wanting new dynamics in relationships! This energy may help with boundaries, codependency, people pleasing, and opening up to receive. I am truly excited for Libra season this year, and hope that you are able to make the most of it!

Get cozy, embrace fall vibes, and fall in love with life!

Danielle Searancke is a medium, mentor and spiritual entrepreneur. She is the founder of Spirit School, the podcast and the school! Danielle has been one of my biggest inspirations for creating my own dream life (and she's a Virgo!), so it seemed like the perfect time to have her on the podcast! I have been part of her online membership, the Spirit School Collective since 2020 and have been working with her since I started editing her podcast in 2021. We have become good friends and I admire her incredible generosity and courage that shines through everything she does.

In this episode, Danielle and I talk about taking leaps, reciprocity, and the impact of community on the development path. She teaches that personal growth as a human is a big part of developing as a lightworker, and I have definitely seen that reflected in my own journey. She is a trailblazer in her approach to business and trauma informed practices, which we talk about in this conversation.

I hope you enjoy this rich conversation as much as we did, and we hope to see you in Spirit School! I'll be teaching an oracle card class in the Collective, in addition to classes on Divine Beings, Tea Leaf Reading, and Danielle's philosophy circle, practice circle and Q+A.

This retrograde has been a wild one already, and this episode is a little recap on a couple of insights I've had. I was under the weather the past couple weeks so I was able to slow down and find some clarity!

In the Virgo season Cosmic Energy Report, I pulled the 9 of Wands for this week, which is telling us not to give up yet. We are so close to our desires and manifestations and we will likely have some direction come in when Mercury goes direct again. There is a lighter energy on the other side of it, so keep going!

The last part of this episode was the message I received relating to the concept of tossing out the first pancake. I heard this reference 3 times recently, so I knew there was a message in it!

I am really excited for the group card reading I'm doing on Zoom next week. I will do group messages, followed by as many individual readings as I'm guided to in the session. There will be a replay if you aren't able to make it live! In group sessions, the messages resonate with the people who are guided to join in. I haven't done one in awhile and I'd love to connect with you!
