You might have seen me mention on my instagram stories recently that we had a pregnancy and miscarriage in september / october, 

In this podcast im just sharing about our experience, The way that our Spirit Baby showed me everything that was happening before it did, The purpose and healing that I've taken from having the pregnancy, Some reasons that contributed to the miscarriage that I'e learnt from etc.

As well as the things that I found hardest and how I'm focusing on alchemising them for our next pregnancy.

This episode with Bre Pasqua is amazing!
Basically everything in our life is a reflection of our own sense of self worth,

What we will / won't allow ourselves to recieve,
How we treat our bodies,
The quality of our relationships,
How we speak and express our truth,
What our boundaries are like,
The level of success and abundance we give ourselves permission to have...

So much of it all comes down to self worth at a human level, But in this episode we're talking about accessing soul level self worth, So that we go beyond the stories we tell ourselves.

This episode might be really relative for those who've been raised in religious homes / but have found their own spirituality - yet feel a sense of judgment / lack of worth / not feeling good enough for being themselves... As Bre shares her experience + How she's navigated that.
