With the events that unfolded last week in California, there have been many people questioning God and the Christian belief in the saving power of Jesus Christ.

With this increased persecution, Christians now more than ever must learn to defend their faith and share God's message of love and forgiveness.

And today, Pastor Knighton examines the causes of this persecution and shares what Christians can and should do to take a true stand for Him!

Many people ask of God, "with all the sin, temptation and evil going on, why didn't you create us to only do right things?"

Today, Pastor Knighton teaches that the answer is because of God's love for us. And though He has been disappointed with our free will choices, at times, God knows that forced love is not real love and that we have the potential to truly be like Him.

Thanksgiving Day is upon us once again and though you may have many things you are thankful for, is God one of them?

Today Pastor Knighton teaches that God's greatest desire is your love and devotion to Him and who He is and not just for what He's given you or done for you.

It may seem obvious, but you can't be a Christian without Christ. You see, God sent Jesus Christ to us because of our sin and without Him, our sin would remain. And instead of accepting this wonderful gift, there are those that say they follow God but reject who Jesus Christ is.

Today, Pastor Knighton teaches that God's desire through Christ is to gain our praise, our dedication, and our humbleness. To give Him Glory instead of our twisted desire to seek glory for ourselves.

Daylight savings time ended last week and as clocks were set back an hour, the days became shorter and it becomes darker sooner.

Sadly, the world is becoming darker everyday and it has nothing to do with time changes, but colder hearts.

Today, Pastor Knighton teaches from multiple books of the Bible that regardless of how dark the world gets, Christians are called to be light, not by our power or might but through Christ and His glory.

You may not have really thought about this before, but we all bow to something, something that becomes the god we serve. Be it ourselves, our jobs, our money, power or fame, there is something in your life that drives you and ultimately gains your worship.

Today, Pastor Knighton teaches that it is God that desires to be the Lord of your life, that we should choose Him to be Lord, but asks, will you let Him be that for you?

For football fans, Sunday is a special day. People will wear their team's jersey, slap stickers on their cars and way flags showing their allegiance and team spirit!

Today, Pastor Knighton teaches that like football fans, we too put on our jerseys everyday representing who we align ourselves with, and asks are you on God's team, satan's team, or your own team?
