Each month we meet for guided meditation and drumming. This is the drum circle from May 5th, 2014

This is a guided meditation designed to help you gain body, mind, and self awareness. Includes 20 minutes of silence. Recorded at a live group meditation held at Unity of Savannah May 5th, 2014.

On April 28th, 2014 Kyle Shiver gave this talk along with a guided meditation to help us get ourselves in to the "Flow of Abundance". Abundance is about giving and receiving, not just receiving, and this meditation will assist you in becoming more open and more giving, and so more a part of this Universal Flow.
