Spirit Soul and Sass

Hello Beautiful Humans,

I'm Back. It's been a while... This is the first episode into season two... A little unexpected episode, not what I had planned, however I follow the lead of spirit, and so here we have a gentle re-entry to the Podcast, with a beautiful little meditation connecting you back to yourself, your inner child, inner teen & adult self.

I'd like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land of which this podcast is recorded, the Bandit People. I pay my respects to their Elders past, present and emerging, and honour their connection to this land, its waters & spirit.

Join me for one heck of an episode as  I bring you a new and unique poddy episode. This entire episode was recorded whilst being in my own Records. Taking the top off our own limiting self beliefs, I share with you such a tiny perspective of the Akashic Records, with a channelling for you at the end. I invite you to let your guard down, pass on the judgement, and step into the unknown with me.

One of my FAVOURITE topics ever - Join me as I discuss the things i've learnt from over 17 years of Past Life curiosity, including information from my own Past Life Regressions, my certification as a Past life Regression Practitioner, the Akashic Records, being a Medium looking for souls on the other side and much more. The information is limitless when we jump into this topic, so enjoy the first episode on Past Lives, as I know we'll need to come back again for round two!

**please know this topic discusses death.

I chickened out and played it safe last episode - whereas my truth, the real story, one of my more intimate and closely held truths of an experience I frequently have with a friend in Spirit.
So this episode is the truth, The real episode I wanted to share - but I stayed comfortable, and in doing so, released something I immediately regretted. But instead of hiding and sitting with it, ive chosen to step into the uncomfortable, to be vulnerable, and to share what I really wanted to.
Here it is, something personal, something beautiful.

**please note this episode discusses suicide.

This is a little unexpected and didn't quite go down the road I thought, but hey, when the Universe wants you to speak about a reflection, then... we speak about a reflection...

A few inspired moments discussing turning toward love for ourselves, especially in the moments where we're uncomfortable. I get vulnerable in sharing some of my own journey to self love, and hopefully help you find a way to turn within, turn toward love and move forward with a fresh face, a grounded presence and a little bit of you-time.

Big Love.

This episode is a Live recorded reading.
I had the pleasure of connecting 'M' to her babies in spirit, and her Grandmother came though so beautifully and strongly, with a whole lot of healing and grace.

I hope you enjoy listening to this journey of emotions and connection, and listening to how I work with Spirit.

After we stopped recording, my client and I had conversation and she gave me some feedback, and I WISH we got that on the podcast, because some of it was mind blowing.

I really enjoyed being able to bring  a reading to a wider audience, as in my Live shows I'm limited to about 7 minutes a person, and my 1:1's are private, so this has been a great journey and I'm excited to bring you more!

In this episode I share with you a little passionate message about how you need to involve yourself with Signs from Spirit and how we need to be an active participant in our experiences.

This isn't the episode I wanted to release this week, however the Universe had other plans, and so I hope you enjoy this nugget of inspiration.

I'll be back next week with a full, passionate and beautiful episode for you - life isn't about perfection - it's about allowing ourselves the chaos of being human, and loving ourselves along the journey.

Big Love.

In this episode, we discuss what people in Spirit have shared with Rhiannon about what happens when we die, and the different experiences based on each unique situation. We talk about what 'Heaven' is like, what people experience when they pass over and their stories of transition.

**Trigger Warning***
This episode discusses mental health challenges, suicide, early death & miscarriage. We touch on details of some of these experiences. I also briefly share experiences of what spirit makes me feel to understand their passing***
