Is the voice in your head kind? Probably not most of the time.
I don't know anyone who just thinks nice positive things all of the time, but the more we practice, the easier it gets.
Identifying WHO is speaking is the important part. Is it our inner spirit, or is it ego, our old programming?
I challenge you to pay attention to that inner voice and make an effort to reframe that negative self-talk or simply redirect your attention.
