In episode 18 I speak to upping your awareness and how by living aware you access a whole new way of being. Body awareness, food awareness, thought awareness, energy awareness. How you do everything is creating your reality. Why not become aware of what you are doing so that you are able to consciously create, rather than creating unconsciously. When you do you step into the realm of new and limitless possibility. You step into a new level of well-being and you begin the journey of being a student of the way of mastery. Bonus!!!
