The first month of the year is almost ending. Do you have a vision of how you want the year to go? Have you written this vision down? Often, we write our visions in our mind. Truth is, that's not the best course of action. It's important to intentionally write down your goals in simple, clear, terms. For most people, 2022 was tough. There were so many disappointments. Many entered 2023 with no hope or expectations.
