What happens when the work that helps heal you becomes the foundation for helping others?

For our Back Yourself series, Dianne sits down with Rory Price from Imbas Breath.

Rory is a stonemason, author, breathwork and meditation guide, healing practitioner and Soul Frequency Mapping reader. But the path into this work was shaped by a much deeper personal journey.

Rory shares how childhood trauma shaped much of his early life and how how healing began when he started asking:

Who am I without the trauma, the pain and the story?

What happens when something you once feared becomes the work you feel called to do?

In the first of our special 5 Days of BACK YOURSELF mini interviews, Dianne speaks with Linda Heithaus, also known as Rose Colored Medium, about a journey that took her from questioning and uncertainty to trusting her mediumship and using it to support people through profound grief.

With a Bachelor of Science background and no religious or spiritual upbringing, Linda was not someone who accepted what she was experiencing without question. But as her mediumship developed, so too did the evidence, experiences and connections that challenged what she previously believed.

Her journey would eventually bring her into contact with grieving families, including mothers who had lost children, turning what Linda describes as her “greatest fear” into her “life’s calling.”
