Today, my guest Trey and I discuss the importance of meditation in recovery! Trey was born and raised in Knoxville, TN, in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. At the age of 25, while attending college, he experienced a great loss that altered the course of his life forever. Since that time, he has been on a journey to better understand the causes of psychological suffering and the ways in which we may free ourselves from the confines of our own thinking minds. From addictions to deep spiritual awakenings, Trey has a passion to help anyone who may be on the spiritual path.
