I’m back with a new episode after taking some time off to gain some new insights and perspectives in my own spiritual growth.  It never stops -  you can have several spiritual awakenings and each one is a little different and nudges you in the direction you need to go.

We talk about how spiritual awakenings can sometimes feel like a spiritual breakdown and while you are experiencing a greater sense of your self, an expanded awareness and more connection to your inner knowing, it can also be a very difficult time where you feel isolated, confused and very emotional.
