I’m back with a new episode after taking some time off to gain some new insights and perspectives in my own spiritual growth.  It never stops -  you can have several spiritual awakenings and each one is a little different and nudges you in the direction you need to go.

We talk about how spiritual awakenings can sometimes feel like a spiritual breakdown and while you are experiencing a greater sense of your self, an expanded awareness and more connection to your inner knowing, it can also be a very difficult time where you feel isolated, confused and very emotional.

We are deep into the Leo season which is all about stepping into the spotlight and doing the thing that makes you happy.  Chelsea is a perfect example of that and how she uses her passion for dance and shares it with the world to bring  higher sense of freedom and vibration to her life.  My chat with Chelsea was such a good one to give a glimpse of inspiration to find what just naturally makes you happy and find a way to do it!  It has inspired me to get back to what I love doing too!

Why I removed people from my life and what I learned  from it - it may just surprise you!

Wow I loved this card pull for this month.  Its so SPOT ON!  The cards encourage you to let go and release the emotions that keep coming up that you thought you dealt with already.  Its not that you need to go through it again but its time to release the physical energy that its stored within you so you can truly release that energy - like peeling back an onion and getting to the core of it so you can truly release it!
