In this episode, I'm sharing with you my #1 lesson from 2021 (I repeated a few times 😬🙃) from myself, but mostly other people.

Coming to these revelations helped me to SEE people clearer, deserve my energy more efficiently, and have exceptional boundaries… again, with myself and others.

In business and life.

Let me break these points down for you, my loves, because this is, I have realized, a crucial life skill for more success, better relationships, more productivity, more peace, etc.

Okay let’s gooo...

1. WORDS vs ACTIONS

We have to understand that…. Words are simply statements. Yes they have power, yes they have energy, yes they make us feel good, yes they hold an intention, genuine or ingenuine, about something… but words are just that.

You can write words into your journal all day long about what you want to manifest, but without action, acting on your intuition, being consistent in your perseverance… that’s sort of dead.💀

ACTIONS, on the other hand, are a verb. They CARRY the truth of the words and help them to manifest as an experience… which is what makes something true, real, and believable.

2. IDENTITY vs CHARACTER QUALITY

Identity is simply the way we or other people define ourselves with WORDS.

Character qualities are how we are defined by our ACTIONS.

People walk around all day saying “I am honest,” “I am love,” “I am abundant,” etc.

But they don’t actually have the character qualities (which are internal resources that are INTENTIONALLY cultivated) that can uphold WHO they claim they are.

There’s a big difference between how you consciously identify VS how you subconsciously operate.

3. INTENTION vs ABILITY

Ok this one might sting a little bit y’all.

>>just because you set an intention doesn’t mean you fulfill the ability to align with the manifestation of that intention<<

ABILITY = the actual internal resources & external actions THAT fulfill your intention.
