There’s a sweet spot that’s on the other side of where you are – in thinking, in what you believe, and what you can energetically maintain … that is the next stage of your growth. It’s as though your body, your energy, and your nervous system recognize it. And even though it may seem like a big leap that’s scary, you soften into it. It’s your next stepping stone on your path.
