Spiritual healing :)

Here I speak about the conversations we have with ourselves on a regular basis.  Positive thoughts are expansive and negative thoughts contract.  Its really important to be aware each one.  Your thoughts create your reality.  Don't plant bad seeds.  

We all have blind spots that we come into this world with.  This could be in the form of lack, fear, dealing with health issues or trying to find your soul mate.  According to the Kabbalah, we came to overcome these limitations.  The opponent is the negative belief system, and once you are aware of this, life can get a bit easier.  

Here I speak about expanding yourself to obtain the manifestation you are looking for.  One must ask the light to come so that the Vessel expands.  The light can come in the form of developing skills, getting out of your comfort zone and taking action.  Fear is what keeps us in our comfort zone and it can manifest in different ways.  

Here I discuss how you can be stuck in certain energies that is really not conducive for you.  Anger could be one of them and it can slowly take over your life.  Sometimes its good to just let it go.

Here I discuss why money should flow through you to better humanity as opposed to you keeping it to yourself.  If everything is spirit, money is no exception.  It is important to make sure your money goes out to improve humanity and give back to the economy.  This will ensure that more money will come back to you.  

Here I discuss how everyone filters energy differently.  The same situation can be interpreted differently by two different people based on their preconceived notions about the subject.  Its important to be aware of how we are being in every situation and to work on our belief systems.  

Here I speak about resistance and how it shows up.  Resistance shows up in our beliefs, our emotions and our thoughts.  Resistance is insidious and you won't be able to see it as it is all internal.  Once you overcome one resistance, it shows up in other forms.  Each time you conquer resistance, you slay the dragon and the next resistance becomes easier to manage because you are aware of its characteristics.
