Here I speak about the three trio and why it is important to take care of all three.  It is a challenge being in this Ego journey, but being aware of what is really going on can help you.

Here I speak about my views on technology.  We as a society have become accustomed to doing a lot of shallow work that takes us away from our definite chief aim.  The masses have no idea how their minds are being taken over, but fall into someone else's agenda easily.  Take back control of your mind and undo those habits that cause you to be in a state of shallow work.
