We don't have to be told to breathe, our brain tells our lungs to do it for us. We don't tell our hearts to beat, our brain sends that signal to our heart as well. We do, however need reminders here and there to support our minds and bodies to support ourselves. To do things within our own toolkits that bring happiness. Hug a loved one, cook a great meal, push yourself in your workout, share a really great kiss with your partner. It's time to set a daily reminder to support ourselves mind body and spirit so that eventually, it becomes something we automatically do as well.
