In 3D the general theme is something like "life is hard, work hard to get ahead, I'm a slave to this human life/work/earth experience" Competition and maybe even a sense of "survival of the fittest"are also generally part of this experience.

When you adjust to 4D you begin to start looking for the deeper meaning in life.  Generally you open to more spiritual ideas, and you start to realize that the way you think about things has an impact on your reality. You begin to understand duality and likely begin to have more compassion about things that you may have judged in 3D. There's a lot of healing and growth in this phase.

5D state allows you to continue to deepen your personal healing, spiritual growth and understanding,  and drop judgments of "good and bad experiences" because you understand that ALL experiences are valueable for your soul growth. You know that pure authenticity is the most important thing and that LOVE is the way.

You feel connected in an almost indescribable way, because not only are you connected to the collective, and to the earth, but even the stars and galaxies.

You understand that there is no competition because the Universe is abundant. There is more than enough for everyone.

And generally you have a solid spiritual connection to your spirit guides and angels in 5D.

Unconditional Love is now Understood

WOW todays episode it so deep and timely! 

Many of us - if we have a Christian background - have heard the topic of "being set apart" 

• You are set apart 
• Be in this world but not of it
• Do not conform to the ways of the world

Being set apart means making choices that don't necessarily align with the collective.

This is understanding that when you operate from the frequency of love, you show up differently.  Your life unfolds differently.  And there is almost a guarantee that when you choose to operate from that frequency people will not understand.

They won't understand your boundaries
They won't understand your priorities
They won't understand why you don't get upset about the media and policitics
They won't understand your "motives."

The contrast of living from a spiritual perspective doesn't make sense to others who are not "spiritually awake"

Please note: this is NOT judgement or a contest of who is awake or who isn't! This is about you choosing to choose how you live your life, and how you make your choices.

Permission means authorization to do something.  Who do you need authorization from?

God wants us to have an amazing life, but limiting beliefs and programming hold us back from stepping into greatness.

The duality is that Divine Love is available, but so is darkness.  The duality helps us to see that there is something else available.  But many of us hold ourselves back because we feel we don't have the authority live life to the fullest.

As a Christian I had the experience that I should just feel lucky to even be alive because I was a worthless terrible sinner, and that I shouldn't want anything more than being able to breathe.  THIS IS SO FALSE!  The Divine truth is that you are meant to be joyful and abundant.

Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Give yourself permission to have a beautiful life.
Give yourself permission to create a life you love.

Spiritual hygiene is just like regular hygiene... You brush your teeth, brush your hair and take a shower... to take care of your physical body, so now we need to add the daily step of energy/spiritual hygiene.  

Spiritual hygiene is balancing your own energy, being grounded, doing daily meditation to be connected to your guides and angels along with getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, and really beginning to understand your spiritual gifts.

You are a Divine Being and you don't need to be afraid, BUT also you do need to be aware of your boundaries and use discernment and discipline in your spiritual practice

Spirituality can be practiced in many ways, and there is no one “right” way to do it. Some people may find spiritual fulfillment through meditation or prayer, while others may find it through spending time in nature or engaging in creative activities.

Whatever form it takes, spirituality is a way of connecting with one’s innermost self and discovering a sense of peace and fulfillment.

One of the key components of spirituality is mindfulness. Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the moment, without judgment or distraction. It involves focusing on one’s thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a non-judgmental way, with a sense of curiosity and openness. Mindfulness can help us to develop a greater sense of self-awareness and to cultivate a deeper understanding of our own thoughts and emotions.

You can ask 3 people what is spirituality and I would almost bet that they would all 3 explain it differently.

In a nutshell it is a belief in something beyond self.

I really feel like that is really important to start thinking about what spirituality means to you personally.

How can you be more intentional about your own personal spiritual practice?

First let’s look at the definition of Spirituality: the quality of being concerned with the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things.

So if it means we are concerned with our spirit/soul, then that would make sense that we should nurture it right? We’re being called to awaken to more divine truth, and how you can benefit by setting time to create a spiritual practice for yourself.

…think to yourself “am I giving myself time to pray, am I giving myself time to do bible study, am I giving myself time to meditate, am I giving myself time to connect to my guides and angels every day, am I being intentional about the spiritual part of myself?”

Take a note book and just journal about it… ask “What does spirituality mean to ME?” let go of what everyone else thinks you should do when it comes to spirituality.

I realized that Spirituality to me is "Embodied Grace"

Embodied Grace is freedom

Freedom from self-criticism; freedom from negative thinking; freedom from anxiety and worry.  

Embodied grace is embracing your truth; Embracing and loving your life; Embracing self-awareness by doing what is right for you and letting go of what others think you should do.  

Embodied grace is claiming your worth; aligning with your purpose, setting your intentions, and moving in the clarity of knowing what you want.

Embodied grace is blessed assurance- a deep knowing that all is well in divine truth.
