    The EGO –  the negative voices that say you’re not good enough because you look in the mirror and you don’t look like that magazine…
    AND there’s something wrong with you because somebody says there is and they’re wrong.

    So I was feeling a little bit limited by my series title “spiritual marketing” with Sierra Samuel  so I started a new series called “truth that sets you free  with Sierra Samuel”. And I even got the domain name! It is:

    Why the bear? Well the bear has a broken arm just like me and the Bear’s name is Sierra. And she was sent to me in the mail, and it is sort of creepy. But she is my friend, and she is a bear, and she inspired me to post this podcast. I hope it makes your day, I hope it makes you laugh.

    This podcast starts out as a prayer turns into a poem and then a letter.   I think you’ll find it interesting.  This is my longest podcast thus far.

    Perhaps you are not a religious person. But perhaps you are curious spiritually. Perhaps you are tuning into a voice  just like I am.   Entering into universal wisdom of truth and consciousness.

    This is not me who speaks but something greater, something beyond me – I cannot explain it. But I give it voice just the same. And every day it comes louder, stronger, for longer periods of time.  Listen to this podcast, and hear my voice, witness that which is greater than me speaking to you. I know I sound religious, but I assure you I am not a religious person. And I don’t live a life according to any code, Bible, text or religious leader. I simply come from the truth within that is universally known to all mankind, and that is liberating.
