Kelsey Crystal is a clairvoyant medium who takes a trauma-informed approach to her readings. She, herself, has endured years of both health-related and emotional/physical trauma and has PTSD. During our conversation she was very open and honest about how her PTSD has affected her throughout her life. She also discussed how she uses her life experiences as well as her gifts as a clairvoyant medium to help others better understand and process their trauma.
