I wanted to use this episode to talk about my struggles with my own comfort zones, Anxiety/Fear and Spiritual Guidance. I wanted to explain how I moved through these with the help of my intuition and why it mattered and what affect it had on other people.

I'm using this episode to hopefully reach those who are battling with their mental health and on a spiritual path. I want them to find the strength and courage to fight society's STIGMA around mental health and know they can help themselves AND follow their spiritual path.
