Join Dariana and Kat as they talk about why they travel. They discuss how traveling can be so much more than just the sites and even more than leaving your home country. Travel can be a process of going inward to discover the truth beyond all our conditioning. Dariana and Kat tap into what it looks like to search for a sense of belonging and connection when you sometimes feel like a misfit. 

Spiritual Twins are back and we regroup as we process our own integration and discuss how we reckon with the human experience. Are things really working out for our highest good or are we gaslighting ourselves to make ourselves feel better? This conversation touches on a multitude of topics including the ever changing nature of the universe, tools we use (and sometimes misuse) to connect us to the present moment, and learning to trust ourselves so we can connect back to our wise self within.

This week East meets West... Dariana and Jessica join us from India and talk with Kat who is back in the U.S. We talk briefly about Eastern practices such as yoga and meditation and how we can use these tools to meet ourselves, sit or move with our busy minds, and learn how to be more present in our every day life. 

Dariana and Kat regather and chat from separate countries. Join them as they discuss the uncharted, intimidating territory of transitioning into unknown spaces and how to invite growth in the "real world' aka integration. They reflect on the hero's journey and the importance of the return.
