Our emotions have something to tell us. We need to feel them, but we don't have to become consumed by them.

In this episode, I talk about learning to become the witness to what is happening within you—to feel, watch, observe, and learn. You are both the actor having the experience and the audience witnessing it. That small amount of insight can change the way you move through difficult emotions.

I also share a simple breathing reminder you can use when you feel yourself beginning to spiral, helping you come back to the present moment and observe what you're feeling without allowing it to take over.

Feel your feelings. Listen to them. Learn from them. But remember that you are more than any emotion moving through you.

Manifestation is a creative process. We have desires, set intentions, take action—and then life begins to respond, often in ways we could never have planned.

Sometimes healing doesn't come through a dramatic breakthrough. Sometimes it arrives through a single word.
