This episode moves into the next of the Seven Sacred Seals: denial — held, Jess explains, in the astral body, where our emotions and felt experience live.
Denial works through what Jess calls the projection field: reality operating in reverse, where what we can't see in ourselves gets boomeranged back at us through other people, circumstances, and "why does this keep happening to me" storylines. The way out isn't to exit the projection field completely (that would be enlightenment) — it's to reduce our shadow's grip on it, moving from opinion and judgment into what she calls omniscience, denial's antidote: a farsighted, witness-like state where there's simply nothing left to react to.
She connects this directly back to last episode's conversation on ease — because denial is exactly why an easy business, an easy relationship, an easy life gets quietly rejected even when it's handed over on a plate. If it's too smooth, too still, too simple, something in us doesn't trust it.

Key Idea
Denial doesn't feel like refusal — it feels like reasonable, rational excuses. But if you're rejecting the exact thing you said you wanted, that's the signal something in you can't yet see it.

Are you making business too hard for yourself?
When things feel too easy, nearly everyone will sabotage themselves. One of the students inside The Vessel (Build Your Own Membership Programme) is creating a $100k a month membership. Her only work is to send out one email a week. Seems easy? You'd be suprised that the difficulty is letting it be this easy.In this episode, I dive into making your business as easy as possible and why you might be resisting the ease.

This is the first in a six-part series exploring the Seven Sacred Seals — the core wounds carried ancestrally in our DNA that quietly block manifestation.
Today's focus: repression, the wound of the physical body.
Jess breaks down why karma and unprocessed fear live in the body as tension, and how that contraction shuts down access to the higher subtle bodies, synchronicity, and divine will. She traces the line from chronic stress to burnout to disease, and explains why the antidote isn't relaxation as a nap or a spa day — it's a deep rest from survival itself.
The episode moves into the architecture of attachment: why relationships so often form from fear rather than love (the "Hunger Games" of partnership), how energetic cords create expectation and heaviness, and why sovereignty — not codependency — is what actually lets the heart stay open.
Jess shares personal stories along the way, including a break-in during her marriage and her 40-day water fast, to illustrate the difference between real fear and the illusion of it.
The back half is a walk through the archetypes — warrior, queen, king, lover, magician, saboteur, trickster — and how they govern every threshold you're too afraid to cross. If you've ever said "someday" instead of "yes," this one's for you.

Jess is talking self-concept — and specifically, the energetics of a no. Why do we need everything lined up, certain, and risk-free before we'll take a step? And what does that actually cost us?She opens with the chaos of her own recent journey — ferrying her dog home to Mallorca across three countries — and uses it to land the real theme: you can't have the bridge appear before you step onto it. Waiting for full certainty just keeps you loyal to your current self-concept, not the one you say you want. From there the episode moves into relationship — and the idea that what you experience on the surface is almost never where the relationship is actually happening. Masks, projection, the unconscious agendas partners carry (often around abandonment, control, or fear of being outgrown) — and the "Eden loop," the ping-pong of triggering that quietly rots a relationship over decades.Which brings her to sovereignty itself: your own money, your own name on things, your own ability to make — and survive — your own mistakes. Jess shares what she's noticed across ultra-wealthy clients, the wife's-wage model, a viral story of a woman who built her whole identity around a wealthy partner only to be left with nothing, and why "stranger danger" is rarely where the real risk lives. In this episode:
At 17, Jess was handed the world with no map, no money, and no one standing behind her. In this episode she traces what that really cost, and why she built The Vessel so other women never have to hand their daughters the same beginning. This is a conversation about bloodlines, structure, and the quiet responsibility of being the strong point in yours.

In this episode:
— The origin story: dance school at 17, a scholarship won alone, and the moment a friend's father (the drummer of Pink Floyd) revealed what backing actually looks like
— The Hunger Games energetic: what it does to a young woman to be unleashed on the world with no resources, no mentorship, and no net
— How survival mode shuts down perception, why we override red flags we can feel, and the decisions we make from depletion
— Weak bloodlines and strong ones: why wealthy families never ask each generation to start from zero, and what that means for yours
— Structure before love: how wealthy families protect their daughters' interests with trusts and oversight so love can be entered safely
— The lost transmission between older and younger women, and why that wisdom must be passed down
— A predatory planet: seeing the true energetics beneath the mask in individuation
— Manifesting on behalf of your children: the side hustle, the monthly investment, and the magic of compounding over ten years
— Why The Vessel exists: building a membership community that funds your investments, provides for your daughter, and lets you serve from a full cup
— Community as medicine: 150 people, belonging over visibility, and why the nervous system was never meant to be perceived by millions
You are the strong point in the bloodline. Build accordingly.

The final part of the three-part mini-series for spiritual women in business — recorded from a small mountain village in Mallorca where the beauty makes you gasp, nobody screams for attention, and the frequency itself is the teaching.
This episode is about the shape of your income — because a woman's energy takes on the shape of the money coming in. Spiky income makes a spiky woman: braced, contracted, unable to fully receive. Recurring income moves like the ocean — wave after wave, rolling in while you swim, create, dress for dinner — and it's the only shape that lets the feminine truly relax.
In this episode:
The launch needs you to scream. The ocean just keeps rolling in.

Part two of the three-part mini-series for spiritual women in business — where "business" doesn't feel like business at all, but an extension of how you're already living.
This episode is about designing the life first and letting the structure be built around it. Voice notes from a hidden beach in Mallorca instead of scheduled calls. Work that feels like a permanent holiday. Money that comes in while you're busy living — because the vessel is collecting it for you.
In this episode:
The question isn't how hard your business makes you work. It's whether the structure can hold your frequency while you live.

Most women in business are running on their own energy — showing up daily, evoking, delivering — because the feminine loves the immediacy of it. But your energy is not guaranteed. Health shifts, life changes, motherhood, age: none of us can promise our 70, 80, 90-year-old selves that the energy will still be there. Only a structure can make that promise, and only the inner masculine can build it.
In this episode:
The goal is simple: could you put everything down today and be completely covered? That's sovereignty. That's what the structure is for.

Why do the people who most want financial freedom so often stay stuck at the exact threshold of it? In this episode, Jess looks at the hidden hive-mind agreements running underneath entire ecosystems — the yoga world, the somatic world, the teaching world — and asks what it is inside us that keeps choosing survival over wealth.
Drawing on her own life across ballet, elite distance running, and a decade of 90-hour weeks in the corporate world, Jess unpacks the difference between the conscious desire for money and the unconscious contract that keeps us bonded to suffering, self-punishment, and service at our own expense.
In this episode:
A question to sit with: What ecosystems have you found yourself in across your life — and what was the shadow underneath them? Can you make money without punishing yourself for it?
In this episode, we move from the lessons of Spiritualised to the practical application of how those lessons create incredible lives for us.
