Derrison Palea is a hip hop artist based in Kansas City also known as King Kihei. He is networked with the Kansas City hip hop/rap community through recording, performance, and local clubs. I met Derrison several years ago at a church event, and we connected around his music. He has written and performed rap and spoken word at Easter services and my “It’s Friday” event.
