This episode is a bit of reading from the book “The Dharma of Star Wars” by Mathew Bortolin and a bit of analysis from me. It’s a great book and it made me consider how I think. Hopefully it does the same for you!

From my knowledge and experience of depression I outline six techniques to aid one on especially bad days.

The video starts off with me making an offering to the Spirits of my favorite graveyard and dictating what I am doing as I go. The parts after the first segment were recorded before and through my car microphone by accident, so the sound quality is very bad. I apologize for that but I decided to keep it and not redo it because it just felt right and I feel it would have been inappropriate to try and duplicate. Thank you!

This episode is a little preachy but it’s mainly me trying to explain how I value what I have and how humanity in general needs to value what we have if we are not living in a hell like a factory in China or a Mine as a child in the Congo.

In this episode I describe a little of my own practice and delve deep into why someone would want to pursue the spiritual path of Shamanism.

I use Christian prayers and Hindu mantras in my Magickal work. These words have been empowered over time by many people and thus are very effective. I lastly go into a ritual I did today using Christian prayers.
