everybody struggles now-and-then, though some of us more than others. everybody falls down sometimes, but for some of us, the hardest part is getting back up. One of the best actions that we can take, and often the one we neglect the most, is simple: talking about it. on "hold it in," we're going to talk about the good times, the bad times, and everything in between. we're going to be introspective, reflective, and just lay it all out. many of us tend to just 'hold it in'... but that changes now.
