Food is the byproduct grown in the womb of mother nature and water is the vital element of nature.  They are consumed by humans for nurturing the body which is also a product of nature.

Both food and water have a very high sensitivity of catching thoughts of humans, animals, or conditions in which they are consumed. 

 A vegetarian diet is essential for those who desire to achieve rapid growth in spirituality as well as meditation.

Vegetarianism arises from a desire for wholeness; it acknowledges the interconnectedness of all beings and expresses compassion toward them; it is about living ahimsa, the absence of violence.

To be vegan is to do the least harm possible and, for me, this is a very spiritual path, a path with integrity.
