In this episode of Spiritually Unhinged, I’m getting uncomfortably honest.
This is a confession. A purge. A reclamation.
I’m talking about the lessons I’ve learned from growing up believing I was ugly, living with body dysmorphia, developing a toxic relationship with food, and how deeply those beliefs shaped the way I loved, manifested, and showed up in the world. I’m unpacking the identities I wore to survive—and the ones I had to kill in order to finally feel free.
This isn’t a pity party. It’s a lesson.
A lesson on how self-concept creates reality. How the stories you repeat about your body, your worth, and your desirability quietly become law. And how healing doesn’t come from becoming “hotter” or more validated but from choosing to see yourself differently.
If you’ve ever:
• Felt invisible or undesirable
• Tried to control your body to feel worthy
• Hated yourself while pretending you were “working on self-love”
• Or wondered why manifestation felt hard when you secretly felt broken
This episode is for you.
We’re talking law of assumption, self-image, shadow work, and how your most painful chapters can become the foundation of your power if you’re brave enough to look at them.
Trigger warning: honesty, body image talk, and spiritual truth bombs.
You are not ugly.
You were just believing a lie.
