  • November 2018 - Red Dead Redemption 2: Gameplay & Game Design
After finding three perfect deer pelts, being creeped out by a ghost train, and running from those dang O'Driscoll boys, the whole gang had to come back to camp at sundown. We've got Thomas, Andrew, John, Nathan, and a special guest Philip (who has platty'd the first RDR not once but twice). We are doing 2 episodes about Red Dead Redemption 2. This one mostly deals with non story stuff and will not continue any spoilers aside from us talking about a few side quests. Check us out on:TwitterInstagramTwitch

  • October 2018 - Undertale
Just in time for Halloween we played 2015's spooktacular UNDERTALE. This game is pretty much a template for how to pull off a perfect indie game: fan service, anime jokes, and an overwhelmingly backed kickstarter that has spawned a dedicated tumblr following and community. Even if you aren't a hardcore gamer there is still a lot to appreciate in this game. Also in the intro question we discuss the future consoles of Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft. Enjoy! • Bonus Level - Crunch Time, Rockstar, and the 100 hr work week
Red Dead Redemption 2 developer Rockstar Entertainment has been accused of forcing their employees to do 100 work weeks in the months leading up to the release of the game. Are these allegations true? Should the videogame industry be unionized? Is it wrong to sacrifice these people's lives on the altar of "the best game ever"? Only one of us works in a crunch industry, John, so we are mostly hearing what he has to say about it because he has seen these things from the inside. Check us out on:TwitterInstagramTwitch

  • Bonus Level - Are women portrayed accurately in videogames? (Guest host: Joy Parker)
Women have long existed in videogames solely for the enjoyment of men. But as the art form has matured and developers are realizing women are playing their games, they've begun to show more human portraits of women and objectify them less. We are joined by Andrew's sister, Joy, a lifelong gamer. She will share with us her perspective on women in games as we ask dumb questions. Check us out on:TwitterInstagramTwitch

  • September 2018 - No Man's Sky
No Man's Sky ... what a sexist! How about No Woman's Sky? Better yet, No They's Sky. There we go, everyone happy? No They's Sky. Anyway, the boyz played this game and it was awesome! Our intro question: if you had infinite resources what videogame would you make? Check us out on:TwitterInstagramTwitch

  • August 2018 - NieR: Automata
Androids. Anime. Twins. Upskirt shots. These are the keywords one might search for Taro Yoko's 2017 masterpiece Nier: Automata. The game has been making waves in the community since it came out and we felt it was worth playing. A spoiler warning is included when game spoilers begin! Check us out on:TwitterInstagramTwitch
