After a wild 2021 Draft, the NFC North received praise around the NFL for their ability to draft falling targets meanwhile filling positions of need. That's all teams except for the seemingly annual division leaders in the Green Bay Packers. Who for the 10th year in a row refused to give Aaron Rodgers any form of help in the first round, causing the reigning MVP to request for a trade.   

On the other hand Chicago may actually have their first franchise QB in Justin Fields after he fell for a reason that no one has been able to put a finger on.   The Vikings and Lions used their abundant source of picks to largely upgrade their trenches with a QB replacement attempt as the Vikings took Kelllon Mond.

Look at that. The Detroit Lions are relevant in February.  

Unfortunately in came at the cost of their franchise QB, but a solid draft pick haul including former first overall QB Jared Goff lightens the blow. Kinda.   

Deshaun Watson to Chicago Bears picks up heat, as the Bears remain aggressive in their search for a franchise QB. #ExtendArob gets revisited as Allen Robinsons contract demands appear to be more than originally reported.   

Jared makes a case that Minnesota Vikings QB Kirk Cousins remains one of the most underrated and disrespected QBs in the NFL.   

Then we take a look at Green Bay as the Packer front office re-commit to Aaron Rodgers, making a future with Jordan Love that much more unlikely.

A lot went down in the NFC North this past week.  The Green Bay Packers lose their second consecutive NFC Championship Game. Questions loom whether Aaron Rodgers will return and if coaching changes need to happen in order for the Packers to get that much better to reach the Super Bowl.   

The Minnesota Vikings lose Gary Kubiak to retirement. Jared goes over potential candidates to keep an eye on.   

The Chicago Bears are having trouble holding onto their coaching staff as other organizations swoop in for some help. On the reverse, filling these voids becomes an issue when the entire staff may be fired next year.   

Lastly, the Detroit Lions lose franchise quarterback Matt Stafford and the organization agrees to trade him this offseason.

A lot happened in the NFC North this week.   

The Green Bay Packers make it to the NFC Conference Championship for the 2nd straight year.   Nathan will recap the Rams game and preview the championship game vs. the Bucs.   

The Detroit Lions hire GM Brad Holmes and HC Dan Campbell. Gerbs will go over his thoughts and why Lions fans should be optimistic moving forward.  

The Bears have a press conference from the higher-ups, that didn't go as planned. Meanwhile DC Chuck Pagano "retires" after a lack lustre two seasons. Deshaun Watson rumours float around and the Bears will definitely have interest if he comes available.

Four blowouts took place across the NFC North this week.  The Lions and Vikings being blown out by the Bucs and Saints. While the Packers and Bears did the blowing. (pause)  We preview some league wide topics such as why did the Lions release Jayron Kearse?Also the Dwayne Haskins situation and if the Bears should pick him up.  Max then makes a case for a short Trubisky extension.  

Then we discuss our 2021 NFC North Resolutions and what we would like to see each team change within the new year.  

Lastly, we preview Week 17 as the Bears are fighting for a playoff spot, while the Packers fight to clinch the #1 Seed in the NFC. An interesting week in the NFL took place as the Jets beat the Rams and the Steelers lost to the Bengals. That paradigm shift was also felt throughout the NFC North as the Chicago Bears appeared to have an offence for the first time since the Cutler/Forte Era. The only question is, can they sustain it to make any sort of playoff run?  

Then we discuss the Lions Vs. Titans blow out, which lead to a coach being fired.  The Packers have an up and down game Vs. the meek Carolina Panthers.  The Vikings playoff hopes come to an end, but young hope arises in many rookie draft picks.  

We converse over many different topics such as should/will Trubisky be extended?  Is the Packers schedule too easy?  Should the NFL change the Pro Bowl voting format?  

Lastly, we preview Week 16 as the Bears look to steamroll the Jacksonville Jaguars who are fighting for a shot at Trevor Lawrence, meanwhile the Bears fight for their shot at the playoffs. The Minnesota Vikings look to continue past traditions of beating the New Orlean Saints although this may be their biggest uphill battle in years. Then we discuss the Packers Vs. Titans in what should be an exciting Sunday Night Match up.
