Emily Ott is a NYC-based performer originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. She has a BFA from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX where she learned the importance of good acting technique, how to Texas two-step, and where to find the best breakfast taco in town.

She is currently performing in the Off-Broadway show, The Imbible, at New World Stages where the audience is entertained by a history of alcohol through barbershop quartet style singing while sipping on a craft cocktail. Some other past musical theatre credits include: The Robber Bridegroom (Rosamund), Guys and Dolls (Sarah u/s), She Loves Me (Amalia u/s), Cabaret (Sally Bowles).

When she isn't at the theatre or at her restaurant job, Emily can be found at the yoga studio, reading a novel in her favorite coffee shop in Astoria, or out with a glass of red wine in hand and friends by her side. Emily will be heading out to Europe with a backpack at the end of March to soak up as much culture and new experiences she can in two months abroad. She's hoping to use this travel opportunity to write and come back to NYC with new projects in the works.

Dale and I discuss life in the fine art world, balancing art and paying bills in NYC, and a few conspiracy theories.

Born in New York, Dale’s earliest memories of painting and drawing were from his Grandfather's own work, which hung throughout the home. Fascinated by the world around him, and the ability to capture fleeting moments on paper, he began to draw and paint from nature almost exclusively. In 2013, Dale returned to New York City, where he is currently immersed in the full-time program at Grand Central Atelier studying under Jacob Collins, Ted Minoff, Will St. John and Colleen Barry. He lives in Long Island with his wife, contemporary artist Karine Falleni, son, and hound dog, Moose.

Travis Czap joins me to talk about the current MCU Universe and how he would have done things differently, his writing process vs. mine, and other topics! Travis is a writer and actor living in New York City. You can see him in the webseries “Nobodies of New York.” He also designs games, plays guitar, sings songs, makes shadow puppets, talks to every dog that he meets, and makes jokes. I am joined by filmmaker Nicholas Molinari, a friend whom I met working on a web series years ago. Nicholas is a NYC-based Screenwriter & Director. As an undergrad at Brooklyn College he created his debut feature film that was recently distributed on Amazon Prime. His work spans several genres and can be best described as ‘indie blockbusters with heart’. Nicholas is a cinephile and is an avid lover of everything Scorsese, Tarantino & Spielberg. He just wrapped his third feature film; a home invasion thriller entitled “12 Midnight”.
