Casting: child actors Tyra Powell and Ophelia Nelson have listed Sherlock listed among their credits. Possibly in addition to other child casting, name unknown, who was apparently there at SU last week. That on-set picture was tweeted to Katy Wix, the nurse.
Filming finally sighted in Miskin, including location 2 and the base at a church [1][2][3]
Car chase scene: red Aston Martin followed by two police cars, with helicopter above [1][2][3][4][5][6]
Martin coming around from the side of a “newish” house, about 12 years old, on Windsor Road, where there were several supporting actors dressed as police. One police car parked.
Una Stubbs spotted on set for the scene with Martin, then later at hotel. [1][2]
No pics, but Mark and Amanda reportedly there as well.
Slow acting day for Amanda, at least before the evening [1][2][3]
No confirmation on location 1, but speculation is that it was Miskin Manor Hotel (loc 1 could have been the car scene though, most likely was)

Khorazir’s extensive notes from the set: Molly double knocks on the door of the house, John answers. Sherlock, wearing the dressing gown, thanks her for coming and says he hopes she remembered his coat. He crosses the street to the ambulance. Some time after this, John loudly says, “No, I don’t care,” and Mary says something back to him. The Molly double walks away, and John exits the house followed by Mary. Chairs removed, get well balloons added
Filming moved to 4th floor to room at end of corridor, but curtain blocks view
Ben in sweats, unconfirmed dressing gown reports, Toby, Amanda, and nurse were spotted (as well as a male actor in scrubs) [1][2][3][4][5]
Sue, Steve, and Mark also on set [1][2]
Martin spotted in the morning and buying records and taking pics with fans midday [1][2] but not in afternoon
Prop signage spotted (2nd floor) – Gedgrave hospital
Psychiatric unit, admissions, cardiac ICU, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, wards 23, 24, 28, 29, patient advice and liaison service, friends of Gedgrave office, main reception
4 – radiology/ultrasound, burns unit | kingfisher wing, vitreo retinal eme–

John Gedgrave from Granada Dying Detective (interestingly, John Gedgrave = Frank Carter)
Amanda not on set but went back to Cardiff later in the day, presumably for next day shooting
Unconfirmed/rumor: pregnant brunette 25-40 wanted by Mad Dog Casting
Day 3 at SU
Unconfirmed: silver hair (and possibly bearded) man in scrubs, Mark dressed as Mycroft, Ben in sweats again (4th floor again). Mark spotted later but not in costume.
Amanda tweet of shoes and jeans from trailer, later in different outfit (same as Day 1)
Martin and Ben sightings [1], filming behind curtain in third floor lounge (see reference pics), lines heard but not reported [1].
Y Plas, which is event space, was closed off all day, but unclear if filming took place. Martin spotted exiting there at end of day.
Two of Arwel’s previous tweets of strobe/laser and lamps are apparently from Y Plas [1][2]
Amanda goes back to London.
