On today's show, we are joined by Jon Neill, Executive Director of the Community Cancer Fund, to discuss the upcoming inaugural Boulevard Race. This exciting 4-mile race, which takes place on Sunday, September 24, will showcase some of Spokane's best city streets and landmarks, including Riverfront Park, downtown, historic Browne's Addition, and Spokane Falls Boulevard.

Not only will participants have the opportunity to experience the beauty of Spokane, but they will also have the chance to raise funds for a great cause - the fight against cancer. The race will feature bands and organizational partners who serve cancer patients, cheering on runners and walkers as they make their way through the course.

During our conversation with Jon, we dive deeper into the Community Cancer Fund's mission and how they support cancer patients in our community. We also talk about the Boulevard Race and what participants can expect, including the race course, the cheering crowds, and the sense of community that comes with supporting a good cause.
