In this episode I begin to discuss beliefs and the revelation I had regarding the one belief that set me on an undesirable path. Knowing where it went catiwompas is only the beginning. As I begin my journey back to myself in real time, I will be sharing here about beliefs, the power we give them and how to revisit them in a loving and compassionate way.

Words can control if we allow them to. By allowing them to affect our emotions we give them power. By revisiting the words from another that are flash frozen in our minds with compassion- we take the power back.

Why are we letting others set our value bar for our life? What are we allowing others to do in our life? Can we flip the script? I think so.

Come with me down the rabbit hole on a journey that connects you to you and your life. Let this be like a supermarket, take what you want and leave the rest. Inner peace in a chaotic world and inner chaos abounds in the illusion of calm world.

Giving Up Control for Connectedness- is it possible? Nobody wants to control another human- right? Wrong, I didn't know I wanted control until I looked back at my relationship with my daughter and others. I changed a few things and gave up the control. Very freeing.

This is about connecting to you, so you show up authentically and be the example to your children of someone who understands them and allows space for them no matter what's going on.

Are you doing life your way? If so, great and if not- you may want to start. Your way isn't wrong, it's just different. I was always worried about getting it wrong, now I'm just proud that I did it different and I'm embracing it to be a better version of me.

The stories of events in my past used to be told from the view point of poor me, now I just don't tell them unless I am highlighting the event to promote growth,strength and love for all parties involved in the telling.
