Sometimes you need advice or sometimes you need to be heard and you might not find your audience right away, I haven’t really found mine yet and I am working on that, but just keep showing up and keep asking questions and eventually we will all find our place in this world.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! As Americans we just can’t stop doing to have a moment of “being”. Please take a moment to give yourself the Gift of Rest! I promise the Earth will still keep turning.

The Illumination of taking thins for granted during COVID-19. A simple reflection on how this pause showed clearly all that we had in this life and the possibility I didn’t always celebrate each moment...but going forward I and we can always make this life better with a greater appreciation of what we do have...what remains...

I discovered Kayaking and it has taught me the importance of finding ways to celebrate life even in a crisis.
